Amazon use a lot of technology and that has put a barrier between the costumer and who can help him because is a machine
I think that if the way in which we communicate is not changed, perhaps the means that we use will change, but as Alister commented on if the bases of everything and what remains is how the way in which the receiver and sender communicate , not so much the middle.
